Volunteer to observe meetings of an elected body in your area - your city council, school board, hospital district board, or county commission. At a minimum, we ask that you observe your chosen elected body’s meeting(s) in October and April, but you can do this more regularly if your interest and time allow.

Our VOTE411 Team is responsible for collecting candidate information before each local and county election for entry into the VOTE411 system.

The Voters Guide Distribution Team is responsible for distributing Voters Guides throughout our service area before Primary (March) and General (November) elections so that they can be easily found in public places. We have a lot of areas to cover, and need help reaching all communities in our five-county area!

The Meeting Planning & Support Team includes volunteers who work on securing speakers for meetings, arrive early to make sure our meeting location is set up and ready for our meeting, and manage meeting hospitality and refreshments. These are generally “behind the scenes” volunteer jobs, but they are so important to making the League work!

If this is you, please sign up for the Meeting Planning & Support Team here.

We love to celebrate powerful, pioneering women! If this is your love as well, please volunteer to help us develop and carry out memorable events and activities for Women’s Equality Day (Aug 26) and Women’s History Month (March).
